Was a good home base for trip. The garden served a lot of meals for breakfast. The room with modern design. The staff turned out to be absolutely perfect and friendly. The location was amazing for me, to various islands. It was also close to the very well kept garden facing all the rooms, the pier and Semporna.

The hotel is like an oasis in a busy area, with a lovely outdoor area and pool. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. It is a gem in Semporna.

I recently stayed at Chan Living for a transit before my island adventure. The spacious room and shared kitchen were clean and well-equipped, and I loved having my own fridge shelf. The pool was a refreshing oasis of serenity, and the female staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the dive centre was convenient, and the hot shower was a nice touch. a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This made it the ideal transit spot for our island adventures.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from the town center, so we had to rely on grab rides to get to the ferry terminal. Unfortunately, the island hopping package we signed up for didn't include transportation to and from the ferry terminal for our stay.
